Autofeeds offers a long awaited and economical solution for the manufacture of finished laminated security cards instantly, and at the point of data retrieval. This system also offers increased flexibility and significant economies within a central issue environment, when multiple systems are utilized.

LD9 System Description:

Autofeeds has developed a fully integrated laminating and rotary diecutting system that will accept letter size documents, at 8 ½" x 11" (other sizes may be special ordered).

Machine Operations:

Simply insert toe previously printed document with a layer of thermal laminating material on either side of the document (typically a 10 mil PET thermal laminate) and insert it into the throat of the laminator. The sheets will automatically be bonded together, and passed in accurate register into a rotary diecutting tool. A letter size document will emerge within 20 seconds, containing eight or nine CR80 specification security cards, perfectly cut, but retained within the sheet. The individual cards are simply pushed from the sheet matrix for delivery to the waiting recipient.
